What property does boron phosphide have?

The chemical properties are stable and it doesn’t dissolve in concentrated hydrochloric or nitric acids, nor does it dissolve in hydrofluoric or sulfuric acids.

It can decompose by most metals at red heat and burns brightly with oxygen at 200degC.
