Theoretical calculation shows that Fe-SnS2 magnetism comes from antiferromagnetic interactions between Fe and adjacent S, while the adjacent Fe atoms have ferromagnetic interactions. This results in long-range magnetic iron being formed by this magnetic atom doped material.
